{"id":5491,"date":"2020-12-07T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceylou.com\/wordpress\/?p=5491"},"modified":"2026-03-23T01:29:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T00:29:54","slug":"barreur-regate-croisiere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceylou.com\/wordpress\/barreur-regate-croisiere\/","title":{"rendered":"Le barreur de r\u00e9gate ou de croisi\u00e8re."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Comment barrer un bateau \u00e0 voile de r\u00e9gate ou de croisi\u00e8re? <br>ce qu&#8217;il faut savoir.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1-&nbsp;Le barreur ce dieu du bord encens\u00e9 par tout un \u00e9quipage !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C&#8217;est surtout &nbsp;et avant tout un \u00e9quipier<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>comme les autres<\/strong>, son poste c&#8217;est la barre, point&#8230;.. barre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Il est \u00e0 bord &nbsp;lui aussi pour s&#8217;entrainer et&nbsp;appliquer et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les exercices<\/strong> et non pas se substituer au coach, ou au skipper<strong> il applique <\/strong>les exercices tels que demand\u00e9s par l&#8217;entraineur, l&#8217;animateur, le formateur, l&#8217;instructeur, le coach je r\u00e9p\u00e8te il doit rester concentr\u00e9 sur la barre  \u00e9couter et participer <strong>\u00e0 la communication \u00e0 bord, ce qui exclue les bavardages inutiles. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<strong>Le barreur doit \u00eatre <em>concentr\u00e9<\/em> et s&#8217;appliquer \u00e0 Barrer du mieux possible&#8230;&#8230;..<\/strong><br><strong>certains atteignent l&#8217;excellence !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Ne pas confondre Skipper et barreu<\/strong>r.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi vouloir \u00eatre <strong>skipper,<\/strong> barreur, tacticien&#8230;.aie aie aie!!! <br><strong>c&#8217;est faire &nbsp;tout \u00e0&nbsp;peu pr\u00e8s bien<\/strong>&nbsp;ou plut\u00f4t tr\u00e9s&nbsp;mal ! c&#8217;est selon. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceux qui  ont cette vision , ceux qui veulent tout faire, &nbsp;s&#8217;orienteront plut\u00f4t &nbsp;avec &nbsp;d\u00e9lices vers la navigation en solitaire<\/strong>. <br>Mais cel\u00e0 demande beaucoup de temps, vraiment beaucoup de temps, ho oui tr\u00e9s tr\u00e9s longtemps!<br> I<strong>l faudra connaitre tous les postes \u00e0 fond et \u00eatre bon partout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois :<\/strong><\/em> <br>&#8211; <strong><em>En r\u00e9gates<\/em><\/strong>: Skipper, tacticien, r\u00e9gleur de voile r\u00e9parateur connaitre tous les trucs et astuces pour r\u00e9gler les mats, rester concentr\u00e9 sur la vitesse, la direction&#8230;..<br>&#8211; <strong>En croisi\u00e8re:<\/strong> <em>Equipier, cuist\u00f4t, m\u00e9canicien di\u00e9seliste, \u00e9lectricien, laveur de pont, peintre, menuisier, sp\u00e9cialiste du gel coat, du polyester, gr\u00e9eur, r\u00e9parateur de voile, veiller la nuit et le jour,&#8230; etc etc etc , OUF!
